costa mesa, by the camp · cohort 01 forming
a house in orange county for people who ship. no first dollar yet, or nowhere near the number you're chasing. either way, you're early. come build.
always be launching. always be building.
the five
zero dollars or not-enough dollars. same room, same energy.
launch days and demo nights. not decks.
software, hardware, a brand, a service. if you're building it, there's a seat.
24/7 access and people one desk over fighting the same fight.
always be building.
always be building.

24/7
residents and team rooms get a key. every night, every weekend, every holiday.
who it's for
this isn't only for people at zero. it's for anyone who isn't at the number yet. first customer, first $10k month, first real raise: if you're still chasing it, you're pre-revenue in the way that matters.
not for: waiting on funding to start, or talking about the idea forever.

the space
suites 102 and 103 at 660 baker, a creative office campus in costa mesa by the camp and the lab, combined into one ±5,151 sq ft ground-floor space. a big open studio, six private offices, a conference room, a breakroom, and a shared courtyard with outdoor desks, pergolas and grills. 50+ places to eat within a five-minute walk, five minutes to john wayne. open 24/7 to members.

| dedicated desks 24/7, yours · 18 in suite 102, 6 in the studio | 24 |
| build table sprint cohort, day passes off-sprint | 12 |

| working seats | 44 |
about 117 sq ft a seat, roomier than most coworking floors (50–75), because the six offices, the conference room and the breakroom are already built and we're keeping them. restrooms and stairs are in the building's shared core, so none of the suites goes to them.

interior photos are placeholders until we're in the space.
the launch sprint
twelve people at one table, all shipping on the same clock. it ends in public.

you leave day one with one idea, written down and said out loud.
15 minutes: what you did, what's next, what's stuck. then heads down.
people who've launched things sit at the table. real questions, no panel.
courtyard open, friends and locals in. it's live or it isn't.
